Carers give so much of themselves to loved ones in the form of time, emotion & financial loss. This special weekend focuses on helping the carer to care for their own unique emotional needs. The weekend wiil look at “mind & meaning”, spirituality, physical & emotional relaxation techniques, sharing experiences to help others & planning for the future.

Cost of the full weekend including accommodation on the 13th & 14th May, all meals over the three days & all facilitation is 195 Euro.

The event will be facilitated by Martina Gilmartin & Marcus Hopkins, both having several years experience of caring for loved ones, with Marcus also being one of Europe’s highest qualified practioners & lecturers in the field of personal development.
